Well, how was it? Your first 'proper' kiss.

A horrifying experience or surprisingly quite pleasant?

I was only 8, so it's kind of hard to remember lol my first kiss with my first real boyfriend wasn't too great, he used his teeth in a very uncomfortable and unsexy way :(

Well I liked the girl very much and it was pretty sexy and playful. Still one of the best kisses I ever had. My second GF sucked at kissing :(

Random, awkward, and p gross. Kinda.

I was 14 or 15, had gone to a haunted woods with some friends, and one of the chainsaw dudes was like hitting on me.... In my shiny pleather pants. lmao .. I'd never been kissed, so I was like "fuck it" and we made out behind a tree. lol

I was thirteen and at my grandmother's wacky Franciscan church she was living in with a massive extension for living quarters and spare rooms and Sunday school rooms because my dad had taken us there for his weekend visit. The guy was one of the kids who attended her performing arts school and was friends with my uncle (who's just a couple of years older than me) so he was around a lot. We spent the night running around the church together and causing mischief and at like 4am we were laying down on a couch together talking and he kissed me. Then we laid there for a little bit longer just resting and he sent me to bed, which I thought was kind and respectful because I was easily young and impressionable enough to have gone along with anything more. Pretty great first kiss, imo.

It was full of motherly love and pretty pleasant, albeit unexpected so soon after I was born.

Real one was a little bit awkward but altogether a nice experience. We'd been giving each other looks and flirting throughout the night. In the end she was sitting on my lap in a playground swing, however uncomfortable that sounds in hindsight. The friends we were with got the gist and took off for a little while, then came back and caught us macking.

...wet.

I dunno, kissing doesn't really do anything for me. Never been much of a physically intimate person - in fact, I hate being touched; even just a hug is enough to make me stiffen/my skin crawl - and kissing is just...meh. Maybe I'm missing the point...or I'm just not very good at it. xD

My first one was boring so here's the story of my first kiss with Miriel.

This was our second date. We had just met the night before and went on our first date. I already knew I really liked her so I was pretty nervous for this date. We went to Disneyland and had a wonderful time, though later she told me I should have been a gentleman and paid for her ticket (no way, that trout's expensive man!). I knew from our chats that one of the things she likes most about Disneyland is the fireworks display they put on every night. So when the time came, we grabbed a table at one of the cafes to watch the show. Her eyes were glued to the sky the entire time, but the whole time I was just watching her. Finally, when the grand finale started, I leaned over and pulled her close to me...and kissed her. It wasn't a very long or skillful kiss, but sure felt like heaven to me. Right afterward I pulled my head away, put my arm around her, and looked back up at the sky to catch the end of the show. Like a boss.

My first kiss was really pretty awkward and should have never happened in the first place! I won't get into details, so let's just leave it at that.

I don't remember. I was six.

My first "real" kiss was still more than ten years ago and even if I were inclined to kiss and tell I still don't remember much in the way of details. It wasn't bad though.

At 14, in my house watching Takashi's Castle. The Kiss itself was unmemorable, but they were showing the stepping stones game (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKkM9BF0JBE) which is always hilarious.

Um, tbh it wasn't very long ago. At all. Or with the opposite sex (that's still an "if I get around to it"). Well it seemed nice to me, though I was simultaneously distracted with other things :p

Fuck romance, what's better than making out while watching Takeshi's Castlle? Damn, I gotta go watch some older eps.

I was returning my sort-of girlfriend's Nintendo to her, and I planted one on her. She was surprised.

She broke up with me after that. :/ Must not have been a very good kiss.

I was painfully shy and had no confidence when growing up. This being the case, my first proper kiss was in a club in Oldham when I was 18. She beckoned me over with her finger. I don't remember her being particularly pretty. In fact, all I remember was that she had a huge forehead. HUGE. The kiss itself was really nice though. I do like kissing and it's always something that's come quite naturally to me. Yeah, I am an awesome kisser. Deal with it.

I don't remember much about my first kiss. A girl says we kissed when I was 6 or 7 and she was 8 or 9 but I don't remember that at all. The first kiss I remember was in 5th grade at a dance, during a slow dance with my first girlfriend. It was just a little kiss.

My current girlfriend, we kissed after I was at her house watching movies with her. I was at the door about to leave and we hugged. She actually made the first move, I wanted to kiss her but didn't want to be pushy. She then asked me to come back up and watch another movie with her!

I can't remember ever not enjoying a kiss, so I'm guessing my first kiss wasn't bad? I'm sure there was something thrilling about it too because I was only in 8th grade, and it was a rule that I wasn't allowed a girlfriend or anything like that until I was 16, so part of it might have just been because I was rebelling and whatnot, haha. I don't really remember the first kiss though.

The first one was awkward and not worth talking about. The second one was also awkward but because the person was really bad at kissing. Very wet and sloppy. The third one was amazing. So soft, and it made my heart flutter so I was like k, this is the one. Oh and I kissed a girl once. She was also a pretty bad kisser and pretty much engulfed nearly my entire face. Never again. :stare:

When I was five years old a boy came up to me on the swing and kissed me so I slapped him and ran away.

The next one was in high school with my girl bff to prove how cah-razee we were.

Thirteen years after the first kiss I made the first move with a nice young man who kept kissing my shoulder for some reason. It was adorable and nerve wracking and we were watching Tenchi Muyo.

The most recent "first" kiss I had was dramatic and sexy and too long ago.

It was a sudden and unexpected dare in primary school. (she was dared to kiss me not vice versa)

For the first kiss where I was aware it was going to happen, I was drunk and she was drunk and smoking so it tasted like cigrettes.

edit: also it was raining

EDIT: Holy crap, I wrote a novel for a simple question. Late night breaks at work strikes again. I left the main part without a spoiler tag. Those interested in the full story can click the tags.

I was 16 and a couple months prior to the date of my first kiss I met a bunch of people at a party a friend and I went to. I stayed in contact with a couple of the girls (we'll call her Katy) I met that night and we hung out here and there whenever we could. I didn't own a vehicle or have licence at the time, so the same buddy who went to the party with me was always hanging out with us. He had a girlfriend that got along with Katy real well, but while I thought Katy was cool, she had a boyfriend, so I didn't think anything would ever happen. Based on how this dude was like, I didn't think she would want to do anything romantic with some goth kid that listened to too much Marilyn Manson.

We talked on the phone a lot and Katy told me that her boyfriend and her broke things off with each other. And that she wanted to hang out with me and my buddy. Despite my inexperience with women, I wasn't stupid. I knew something was going to happen if I could arrange to hang out with Katy.

This was in the glory days when my buddy drove nothing but junker cars, and his alternator loved to snap alternator belts every 20 miles or something. When Katy let me know that she could hang out in a couple of days, OF COURSE my friend's car was questionable at the time. So basically him, myself, and another friend worked our asses off to make sure we got a new alternator in the car that wouldn't screw us over that night. We fixed the car and all was set to go.

So anyway, Super Bowl Sunday of 1999 I ended up hanging with Katy and her younger sister with my friend with the car and his girlfriend. We eventually made our way to a seedy local billiard we frequented at the time.

That's where I got my first kiss. It was a casual first kiss directly on the lips with mouths closed. I played it cool, but inside I was basically celebrating because I had this idea that I was behind everyone else in terms of romance. I was convinced that I was literally the only person in my High School that didn't ever get kissed or anything. Sure I genuinely liked the person, but yeah, finally got kissed at 16. WHAT A LOSER!!

Anyway, we later relocated to my friend's girlfriend's house. They shambled off in her front yard and were making out (it was nightfall so it's not like anyone could really see them unless you were in close proximity). Katy and I ended up making out too in my friend's back seat. Open mouth with tongue and everything. Because we have no tact and generally didn't give a f***, her younger sister was in the front passenger seat listening to Marilyn Manson CDs on the stereo. Then Katy put my hand on her boob for a bit, and I thought I was the s***. Marilyn Manson's cover of "Sweet Dreams" was on the car stereo and I made a mock cheesy saying at Katy that went something like, "YOU are my SWEET DREAM!" Luckily she picked up the intentional cheesiness of the line and we had a good laugh.

About that time we had to call it quits because of school the next day, and my dad was irritated that I missed the Super Bowl. I told him that a different sport was on my mind that night BECAUSE I MADE IT TO SECOND BASE DAD!! HAVE YOU EVER DID ANYTHING THAT COOL?! *storms up to room blasting Marilyn Manson*

That last part didn't happen, but now I wish it did.

I was 14 and was at her house. Her apartment building had a swimming pool so the reasoning behind me coming over was because I really liked swimming and stuff. After a detestable 20 minutes or so of pretending to enjoy swimming, we went in the sauna and I'm pretty sure she kissed me. It was kinda awesome.

I was 15 and it was a full on makeout session that had been a long time coming. The kissing itself was quite good but I was so nervous that it was made a little less enjoyable. After a little while I relaxed more and it was all good. Too bad that this particular girl was a she-devil that actually sucked out my heart with that kiss and spat on it before shoving it back up my anus... sideways

I was four and it was outside of the classroom at the end of school  Lady-killah.

I actually can't remember a thing about my first proper one. I know who it was with and where I was but I don't remember any of it, what led up to it, how it felt, anything. I guess it can't have been either special or awkward, it just was? I don't know.

I only remember two first kisses with girls. One was because she was like "Are you gonna kiss me or what?" and so I did, but then afterwards I was like "Thanks for asking that!" like a totally unsuave douchebag and I still want to go back in time and punch myself for that one. The other because this advert was playing in the background https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-fE7RKDJ2k and I was trying not to smurfing laugh like a madman because what a totally unromantic thing to hear.

It was January 4, 2003. I was 16 (almost 17), and my gf of slightly less than a month and I were hanging out at my house watching a movie (probably a Disney movie). She was...more experienced than I in the realm of kissing. She was lying down on the couch, and told me to lean in so she could tell me something. I did, then she turned quickly and gave me a peck. My eyes bugged out and I just sat there for a few seconds. But it was actually really awesome and so then we kissed a bunch more times. We actually kept count for a week or so.

Pretty horrifying. I was 19 and it came out of nowhere so I wasn't expecting it. And it was with a guy so...

He was disappointed that I had no reaction.

I think I was 14 with this American guy called Kyle. We were both on holiday with our parents. He was super cool- blonde hair, generally cool American swagger about him. It wasn't a proper French kiss, but it was nice!!! The first kiss i properly remember was with my first bf- so i was 15. I made the first move in the cinema as I knew he was really shy- it was nice!!

The first kiss I had was a simple kiss on the lips. I was 9. She wanted to French kiss me but I said no as I was too scared (I think). She was 12 and I remember thinking she was really pretty.

The first French kiss I had when I was 11. It lasted about 5 seconds and it was messy as fuck.

Pretty messy and perhaps a bit cheap (that includes me!). We were both really drunk and just looking for a good time. And that we got.

She was like 3 years older than me and pretty pretty. That gave me mad bragging rights among my peers.

First ever? Not sure which one it was. First "ever" was either a girl in my preschool that I thought was cute, a girl in my preschool that lived down the street, or a girl from 2 houses over. All unexpected.

First kiss I was "hoping for", girl I liked in kinder. Pushed me down behind the cabinet that housed the sand box toys, jumped on top of me, and planted one (this happened in the middle of "tag", she was it).

First "French", not sure, one of my sisters friends. They would always plot in her room during sleepovers. Her friends would hold me down and take turns kissing me. I didn't fight it much.

First "make out" was my first hs gf. She had been calling me since summer had started, but I was still really shy at the time. I finally went over her house on the 4'th of July. We climbed up on her roof to watch the fireworks (nearby park), didn't really watch the fireworks.

First "I'm going to prison for this" kiss. Hangin' with some "ho's". One was absolutely gorgeous, body was so well "put together", just bangin' hot. In the middle of the action she says "you know I'm 12, right?" (I was 19, maybe 20). Dumbfounded, I walked away. (Side note, it isn't right for such a young girl to look like that)

First "I can't believe we're doing this here" kiss. Girl I had met a year or two earlier (too young at the time) came out with my younger bro and his friends. She was a "prude", had her almost completely bare on the trunk of a car in front of the party, just off a main street. A friend lived down the street. When he pulled up he recognized me and hit us with his brights. Didn't slow us down at all.

First "what was I thinking" kiss. Some friends and I stopped by this girls apartment. She had some of her (girl) friends there. I didn't find any attractive (enough), but I got real shit faced and that changed. The girl that invited us over (she was maybe a 7.5) walked into the room with a pair of hand cuffs and motioned for me to follow her into the bedroom. All of my friends said "that's your cue", so I drunken stumbled after her. I sobered up right quick (realized she was well below standard), pushed her off and went to the fridge for another beer. When we were leaving she was begging me for my number and told all of my friends to tell me that she would dump her boyfriend to be with me.

First kiss with my wife. It was a "blind date". My brother was taking out a girl from hs, she wanted to bring a friend. I told my brother that we had to pick them up in his truck. It only had 3 seat belts, if the girl I was going to meet wasn't cute I was going to say "sorry, there's no room in the truck". She sat on my lap, we picked up my car. When we got in my car she leaned over and kissed me on the cheek, then grabbed my hand. "Hand holding" wasn't a thing I did at the time, but it felt right. I didn't get a real kiss until I dropped her off at the end of the night.

I'll go with first kiss with a guy, since that's mostly what's memorable to me.

I was 24, and our first date was the night before, we went to see a movie. Kind of a bad choice for a first date with a person you don't know, since you don't get to talk to them.

Still, we went for a coffee the next day, talked a bit, then we went back to my place and played some Nintendo Wii. Wario Ware Smooth Moves. It was later revealed that he didn't like gaming at all, but he was sweet enough to pretend to like it. I had no idea. We were sitting next to eachother on the top bunk of a bunk bed, and we would come up with excuses to move closer to eachother and to make contact, while waving the wii controllers. I don't think either of us really wanted to play video games right then. After a short while, we turned the game off and just started kissing, it was really nice, and like nothing I had experienced up until then.

The rest is just a tiny bit TMI though, so I'll leave it at that.

 What Noire said. But yeah, despite that, it was pretty great and we both seemed to enjoy it pretty quickly. I was 13 years old, she was 14-15 (I can't remember if it was before her birthday). We were girlfriend and boyfriend already, and I was incredibly polite and old school about everything, asking before kissing. That was just my nature back then.
