Are there any types of dishes or food you wish to try out in the future that you can't now for one reason or another?

Ostrich burger. Not particularly curious how it tastes, I just hate ostriches.

I always wanted to try Tiramisu. I'm not much of a dessert guy but I feel I should try it once.

I don't know really, I'm pretty damn adventurous with food. So when I want to try something new, I generally will go and eat that food. Gazelle would be pretty interesting to try I suppose.

Authentic Ramen. Like legit ramen not 50 cent bag of ramen. I really want to have it with all the extra stuff.

Yes, you must try real Ramen, it's so good! Sadly the one authentic Ramen shop that was here has closed due to the cook retiring.

Oh, I want to try a bison burger!

I've heard that foie gras is delicious, but the force-feeding procedures that are taken to enlarge the liver for consumption (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foie_gras#Controversy) are too much for me.

lol.

I tried Thai curry last night! It was beef in a brown sauce. I ordered it "Spicy Level 3" - it was not spicy at all. Not even a little bit. Was slightly disappointed in that. It was okay.. I think it's something I'll have to eat more to be able to start really liking it.

Crystal is another thing I wanna try because I want to see what all the fuss is about and I like champagne. I could have tried this in France, but I think it would taste better if some random rapper bought a bunch of bottles. It would taste like cliche.

I've always wanted to try takoyaki, but I can never find a place that sells it.

EDIT: And a bloody mary that doesn't taste like watered down Campbell's tomato soup with vodka in it.

More of the seafood I haven't yet tried. I still haven't had crayfish and moreton bay bugs and they're meant to be delicious!
I did eat grilled octopus yesterday though, was yummy. (Sorry Shorty!)

Oh man. Crawdads are the business. We used to catch them in the cricks when I was little and play with 'em. lolol Haven't eaten any in ages.

Chris: You can make your own corn dogs, my man. Get some pancake batter (order some Bisquik from 'Murica olol) and some hot dogs- batter 'em up and deep fry them.

Jay made me pork adobo this weekend. SHOCKER. That fool cooked. Was yummy though! I'd had chicken before several times and like it a lot. Never had pork.

I want to try French food. Of some sort.
