I find whenever I think about how much I blink, initially I have to try and keep them open for as long as possible. Then after a while I start consciously making myself blink before reverting back to keeping them open. I then consciously start making myself blink again before going slowly insane.

I blink less than Halle Berry and Mark Wahlberg and by that I mean I don't blink an excessive amount I don't think. They blink a lot.
