I'm looking for the absolute most ridiculous recipe ever.

Like with a billion steps that require separate recipes for different components of the dish before putting it all together in some type of way. I'm having absolutely zero luck so far. Google search results for "Most complicated recipes" only turns up shit like Beef Wellington with people citing that it's a hard entree to master in spite of it looking simple.

I know we have the cookbook up top, but no one posts in it anymore.

SO- what's the most complicated thing you cook at home?

I think for me personally, the most ~involved~ is my lasagna. It isn't complicated at all, though. Just takes awhile to make and put together. That sumbitch weighs like 15 lbs when it's assembled.

Why?

'Cuz this:

Meat:
- 1 lb each of spicy Italian sausage, ground turkey, and ground beef
- Maybe prosciutto or bacon
- Mushrooms, garlic and onions (another 1/1.5 lb)

Marinara:
- 2 big cans of whole stewed tomatoes
- Chopped spinach, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning

Cheese:
- Big tub of ricotta
- 1 lb mozzarella
- Bag of shredded parmesan
- 1 or 2 eggs

and then:
- 1 lb lasagna noodles
