Will type-0 team join XV after typo-0 is complete?

It seems logical that this would increase XV development(it is their 'top-priority). maybe KH3? Or possibly another project... FFXVI maybe..
Back when XV was versus, square had confirmed there would be a 15. Versus becomes 15 and the original 15 concept becomes 16. To be honest this fabula nova crystallis (https://www.google.com/search?newwindow=1&site=webhp&q=fabula+nova+crystallis&sa=X&ei=qSMjVJHbEouuyASf4YCoBQ&ved=0CBwQ7xYoAA) concept has not been doing it for me, although i am excited for 15.

Actually they already have (http://www.siliconera.com/2014/09/22/final-fantasy-xv-changed-directors-nomuras-vision-remains-intact/), back in 2012 apparently.
