I have a laptop charger that is faulty, it has the following details:

Asus AC/DC Adapter
Model: ADP-65JH BB
Input: 100-240V~1.5A 50-60Hz
Output: 19V 3.42A

I am looking online for a replacement and have found one with the following details:

Delta Electronics AC/DC Adapter
Model: SADP-65NB BB
Input: 100-240V~1.5A 50-60Hz
Output: 19V 3.42A

The connector looks identical, would this work for my laptop? Or do I have to match the model number to the previous charger?

Thanks for any help.

I don't know if either of those will work.
Use the best buy part store to do a search for your laptop's model number and it'll give you a list of accessories. Usually the power cord and a few alternatives are there. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, because it'll be hella expensive. Just take the model number of the charger(s) it gives you and do a search on ebay/amazon.
