Favorite moments from the first XIII game?

The rescue scene where Snow rushes in on his summon motorcycle came to my mind today. The first time I saw him rush toward the screen before the fight starts and he says "I got this one" gave me goosebumps.

I always liked Fang/Vanille moments. Also with Hope and the whole Alexander thing. I don't know why because I normally hate Hope

Lightning punching Snow. Snow running into barriers all the time. Snow's commentary regarding their "luck" with dragons. The cutscene where they return to Cocoon is pretty ballin', too. And yeah, Sazh & Vanille. :D

Isn't it great? :D He's my fave character and him getting punched up like this is part of why. xD His scenes more often than not make me laugh. I would always roll my eyes when I first played the game and was getting to know his character, but in retrospect I just love it after I came to realise he isn't so much a Small Name, Big Ego (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SmallNameBigEgo) as he is a legitimate Idiot Hero (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/IdiotHero) who just happens to take on the appearance of a jock/surfer.

My favourite scene is probably the infiltration of Eden, when the party come riding in on the Eidolons.

I'm actually a huge fan of the ending. The loss of gravity, the crystallization of Cocoon, the animals bursting into dust, and the actual end. It came together pretty well for me there. But I do think I'm in the minority on this one.

If I were to give a mid-game scene. I'd go with Snow at Hope's house, risking his life and all that jazz. Or the first time we see Shiva in action.

I enjoyed it everytime Lightning got pissed off and decked Snow as well. But it just wasn't Snow that she attacked, she did the same thing to Hope and I think Sazh too. But not as much as she attacked Snow. She even slapped Fang once! She sure has a temper!

I also liked the scenes in Bodhom with Serah and Snow. Seeing everything he went through just for HER. Kinda reminds me of Rory from Doctor Who who had his wife Amy trapped and suspended in a deep sleep. He waited for her to wake up and guarded her for 2,000 years!

I loved the scene where the group first arrives on Pulse and Sazh is barely holding on to Bahamut as he flies through the sky.
I pretty much enjoyed his clumsiness and lack of finesse.
Especially when he tried to keep up with Lightning.

The Eidolons and their masters crashing the Cocoon Grand Prix and the massive battle scene was pretty awesome too!
