I feel like I need to connect with someone who enjoys the self titled Giles Corey album.

This song, for example, is so moody and atmospheric. When the ending starts to pump in at 6:25 I can really feel it resonate, especially when the lyrics kick in.

I appreciate it when artists put in extra effort with their album releases. This album comes with a 150 page pdf book that has lyrics, images, and an album backstory told from a seemingly fictional character.

"I want to feel like I feel when I'm asleep."

That is a really amazing album. I'm glad someone else here enjoys it.

Giles Corey.
Vinyl.
2015.

And with that, I'm caving and buying a record player.

Where was the info on this released? I want to make sure I get in on this before it sells out. Hopefully they'll do it through Flenser again like they did with the most recent Have a Nice Life album.

The Giles Corey Facebook page.

As far as I can tell, Dan doesn't run that page. His official page does like it, though, and comments on it occasionally. And they consistently put up links to official enemies list items, songs, and webpages. But maybe it's just ran by a super enthusiastic fan.

There are no pre-orders available yet. Keep an eye on this page, I suppose:
