So um

I became a botanist with October because I need some elm logs to do my carpenter stuff. I am at level 10 in Botany. Where do I find the elm logs and at what level?

Should be from the west side of Central Shroud. If you press B it'll open your gathering log which tells you where you can find things relevant to your level.
