Marshmallows

[Night Fury]

One of my favourite sweet treats are marshmallows. I love the big poofy ones just as they are, I like them toasted up so they're starting to go a little black on the edges but really gooey inside, I like smores, and I like the marshmallowey bits in some cereal...

But by far I think my favourite marshmallow thing.... marshmallows on hot chocolate. Urgh. Something about it is just utter perfection.

I was never much of a fan until I tried a roasted one. That was nice.

They're great when fire roasted, but other than that I don't particularly enjoy them. I don't like sweets though, do it's nothing against marshmallows specifically.

Marshmallows in hot chocolate are the best.

Especially the ones that completely go gooey and mix in with the hot choco itself, the creamy, sticky, sugar rush.
