Leaked Shonen Jump info reveals new character!

According to Hokanko, the new screenshots shows a new city, big vehicles, allies’ weapons and a huge titan like creature trying to crush Noctis with its feet.

Alongside these new details, the article reveals a new female character. We don’t know her name yet but it seems she is wearing a jumpsuit and goggles. The Japanese sources are speculating that she could even be the Cid of Final Fantasy XV. It’s very likely we will be seeing her soon since the scans tend to leak a few days after the information.

More new details to speculate on! It would be interesting to see a female Cid, but just because she wears goggles doesn't mean anything. Maybe she's an Al Bhed and her uncle is Cid? Any who, looks good from the screen we have. That city :D I can't wait to see what sorts of variations there are between different cities and locations across the map. Hopefully a nice varition of fantasy / reality.

Also this game is going to have some epic boss fights! We already know that huge Adamantoise like thing from a while back is an optional boss that could take hours to beat, so I'm assuming we will be able to fight this giant Titan as well! Looking forward to Jump Festa in 2 days time :)

I guess in a way it would make sense if she was Cid. The game was originally "Versus" which could be seen as against or in contrast to something. All Cids are male so what if now it goes against the "Cid is male" rule?

I think they've confirmed the only playable characters are male, and have probably all been introduced now, unless they pick up a vagabond on their (b)roadtrip
