When do you open Christmas gifts?

So when do you tear open free stuff from your loved ones? That sentence kind of sounds dirty. Oh well.

I always open my presents on Christmas Day :) I know some people open some on Christmas Eve but I've never done that personally. Doesn't feel right.

We'll be delaying opening presents this year as MissH's Dad will be in hospital until mid-January. It wouldn't be the same having Christmas without him so we're happy to wait.

On a normal year though you can potentially open one at midnight on Christmas Eve. The rest definitely need to wait until morning though.

Traditionally we would open one present on Christmas Eve and then open the rest Christmas morning, but now that we're spread out all over the country we'll just do presents whenever is the most feasible. Probably tomorrow I'll get together with my dad and brother around noon and do presents then.

In Germany it is actually today, the 24th to get presents and then send away everyone again. Thank you for bringing your stuff!

Christmas Day, but some time I will be given a present on Christmas Eve. Depends how much is there and what relatives stop by when.

One time I did open presents after Christmas because Santa forgot two gifts the day prior. I was all "Yay, more presents!"

The main batch get opened on Christmas Day, but if like tonight we have our extended family dinner on Christmas eve then everyone will open those presents then.

Family presents at dinner tonight but traditionally when I get back from midnight mass! So tonight at like 1 am (after the start of Christmas) I will be opening all of my presents :omgomg:
