Which planet is your favorite?

Neptune. God of the sea, beautiful blue planet.

But Pluto is still a planet, damn it, and it's the cutest and most dainty.

Saturn. Saturn's my home girl. I guess the planet is pretty nice, too.

I love them all. :D 2015 is a big year for our suns planets with Ceres & Pluto being seen in detail for the first time in March & July. Can't wait for that.

Saturn is the best by default IMO with it's beautiful rings. Here's what it would look like if it were placed where the moon is positioned in the night sky:

Pluto has been my favorite since I was little, because it's small, distant, and mysterious. I kind of felt like I could identify with it!

Neptune is pretty badass though I'm also quite fond of Earth.

I feel like Uranus doesn't get any love because of the -inducing name, but it's actually super pretty.

62478

It also has rings and spins on its side. And gets possibly the best song in "The Planets" by Gustav Holst.

Neptune is a sexy color and it would also be interesting living a life similar to Water World.

It is, for reasons the world may never know, given a Greek name ("Ouranos") rather than the Roman pantheon equivalent ("Caelus"). Think about how awesome it would be if Uranus were named Caelus instead!

Earth. Duh. Thats where all the books, oceans, and sexy people reside. Also where cheese originated from.

Well, I haven't been to any one of them besides Earth, but based on my interests I suppose I would say Jupiter. Just the sheer size of it, the color, and that cool massive hurricane going. To bad it is so far away. I mean, it takes 45 minutes for photons of the sun to reach the damn place! So yeah, go Jupiter!

EDIT:

I feel like Uranus doesn't get any love because of the -inducing name, but it's actually super pretty.

Part of me really wanted to say Jupiter, but I just really like its moons. Europa, Callisto, Ganymede. They are all pretty cool. Jupiter itself is a pretty cool planet, I just like its moons better.

Uranus is pretty spectacular. That one may be my favorite actually. Speaking of moons, its moons are named after different characters from classic literature (mainly Shakespeare I think? Oberon and Titania are the only names I can think of off the top of my head). That's pretty neat!

You can't go wrong with any of the planets though.

Earth.

My mobile internet connection is terrible on the other planets.

Uranus has always been my favourite regardless of the name. Looks amazing, sideways rings, what more do you want?

That's not on the list though, so I'll go with Saturn because of the awesome rings. Urectum and Neptune are actually reasonably pretty too.

Low-tier compared to Mercury, Mars, Jupiter... basically most of the other songs

Jupiter is unequivocally the best looking, most awe inspiring planet with the most interesting moons, and a core surrounded by liquid metallic hydrogen.

Liquid. Metallic. Hydrogen.

Nuff said.

Jupiter. Without it we'd get bombarded with life killing asteroids and comets. Plus it's huge!

You beat me to it, DMKA. Strong and can cook. But honestly, Jupiter is a fantastic planet. There's so much that we don't know about it yet, and is amazingly diverse with all it's moons.

edit: spelling.

I chose Dagobah, only because of this joke from Family Guy:

The last time I was in a Dagobah, I was in Little Italy.

Other than that, I have to go w/ my sign's planet, Uranus, the chaotic planet.

I voted Uranus.

Uranus and Saturn stand out because of their rings, but Uranus is nice shade of blue! (So is Neptune, which I also love)
So the rings and blueness make Uranus my favourite planet.

Earth is a boring answer. I mean, sure Earth has mysteries of the human race as well as other life-forms. Sure, it's got a wide variety of climates and wonderous sights... Okay, that's actually really freakin' awesome. But I live here. It's like living in my own country. Naturally, other planet seem like foreign continents and countries to me. Full of wonder humans have hardly touched yet, even if there is no life to be found on them or their moons... that we know of.

Earth! It's got this thing called the internet where you can do all sorts of things, like replying to polls in game forums; you can also play video games! And THERE'S FOOD!

Jupiter's absolutely gorgeous. The moons are super interesting too.
