On my most recent playthrough I have decided to use nanaki instead of cid. I obtained his final limit as soon as you can andi can say it's not that great. I believe I'll just stick with earth rave.

What are your favorite limits to use in this game?

On a side note, Nanaki has the worst final limit.

Well I normally have cid and barrett, but washed to change it up for my main physical attacker. I may just go back to my buddy cid since I haven't even started the temple of ancients.

No, All Creation was one of the sucky ones. Level 3 Doom of the Living was much better.

Lots of people seem to like it, it always seemed like a waste to me. Especialy since you have to treck back to the other continent as part of the process to aquire it.

Red XIII's best limit was the Earth Rave. Did a double his normal damage enough times that it equaled way more than 9999. :\

Get it, just so you can say you did, but once you do have it, switch back to Fury Brand.

Aeris - Great Gospel (or Fury Brand)
Red XIII - Star dust (or Earth Wave)
Cait Sith - Dice (Slots can kill you)
Cid - Highwind (both his level 3's aren't bad)
Yuffie - Doom of the Living (or All creation)
Vincent - Chaos

I'm only using aerith through the temple then back to barrett. If you could control vincents limits he would be a mainstay. Does earth rave hit multiple times, or once per enemy?

Slots was my favorite. It always made the game even more exciting to see what I got next, even getting "Toy Box" was cool, because whatever appeared was random too. I know it can kill you, but that barely ever happened for me (I don't think it ever happened actually), but the good outweighed the bad for me.

Big Brawl and Dragoon Dive
: Dragon, Dynamite, Big Brawl, Boost Jump, Dragoon Dive, Hyper Jump, Highwind

Tifa's limit breaks
: I think Water Kick should precede Somersault and Dolpin Blow should follow Meteor Strike.

Some of the final limits are very underwhelming. I like Red XIII and I generally stick to Stardust Ray when I use him in my party. Any attack that does cumulative damage is preferable over a one-hit attack. I choose Stardust Ray over Earth Rave because being a level 2 limit is is triggered more often.
