It has been a while since I delved into the FF mythos. Over the holidays I downloaded all of the Dragon Age games which have renewed my passion for RPGs and made me want to return to the series which defined my taste for the genre. FF is part of me and my greatest video game memories involve the series. Coming to this realization, I have decided to catch up and have purchased FF XIII, FF XIII-2, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, and I have pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. It will be great to have a community to discuss FF with, as well as many other topics, as I believe the lack of fellow fans lead to my hiatus.

Heck yeah. Final Fantasy IX was supposed to be a Christmas present from Santa one year, but as a curious kid, I found it and beat it before Christmas. Please don't tell my parents, as I returned it to the hiding spot before they even knew it was missing!!! :lol:

What other games do you like to play, aside from FF?

Well, I am playing all of the Dragon Age games and I also play Elder Scrolls Online (I have played Elder Scrolls: Morrowind through Skyrim). I played Lord of the Rings Online for years, but decided to switch to ESO when I was invited to play the BETA.

Outside the FF realm, I would say my favorite game is Chrono Trigger.

Additionally, I got the following games for Christmas:

I thoroughly enjoyed the rivalry with Squall. Because of their uncanny similarities and polarizing personalities, I believe they drove one another to achieve their maximum potentials.

On a side note, I have extensively researched the Knights Templar and love Seifer's choice of attire.
