Let's say on weekends or days you don't have to work. Basically when you can sleep to whenever you want?

Working has crippled my ability to have a proper lie in.

Oh I totally didn't read the rest of the post to say on weekends so I voted my weekday routine. Week days I wake up 5-8am and weekends it's 8-11am. Usually 9:30-10ish

My body is in a set routine now. It wakes up about 6:30-7am every day. This does not sit well with MissH. Especially when I boot up the Vita at 8am on a Sunday morning.

I wake up in the afternoon, but it makes sense for me since I work third shift. I get home just before 6am and usually fall asleep shortly sometime after 7am.

I'm an early riser, I get up and have to be up.

I have horrible indigestion in the mornings lately. I wonder what it is.

Before Penny (B.P.), I'd sleep until 11 or noon or 1 p.m. Or even later depending on how late I stayed up.

But now I have her, and she's up to use the bathroom at around 8 a.m. and has breakfast. Usually we get back in bed and snooze until 10 or so, though.

Oh, I voted before I read it. On weekends I tend to wake up around 9 or 10.

Don't eat anything (even snacks) for at least three hours before bed and that will usually go away.

6.00-6.30 work days, 7.00-9.00 weekends. Waking up doesn't necessarily mean getting out of bed, though. I sometimes like to laze around for a while and enjoy the fact that I don't have to get up and go to work.

Weekdays my alarm goes off @ 5:30 am. I get out of bed anytime from 5:45-6:00.

On weekends, it depends if I want to stay in. It could be from 8:30-after 9:30.

When I was younger/not working, I'd sometimes get up around 11:30 because I wouldn't go to bed until 5:00 in the morning. Nowadays, even on the weekends I'm snoozing like Homer Simpson w/ my head back @ 10:30.

Before 5 freakin' AM. *blames work and the driving distance to get to the hospital* :shakefist:

I can't grok having a huge difference between your weekday/weekend wakeup time. Sleeping in an extra 20 mins, sure. But hours? That messes up my circadian rhythm like whoa and leaves me with a nasty headache all day. Fortunately I have the sleep doctors on my side ;)

Overall I like waking up early; I admit that 3am is kinda pushing it but if I could make my own schedule I'd wake up somewhere between 4-5am I think. It's nice and quiet and there's no one around and I feel refreshed. A+
