I'm trying to get into drawing and art again. I used to be pretty good but I'm out of practice. I'm hoping to brush up on it and when I go back to studying probably get into teaching art. So, yeah one of my goals for 2015 is to fill my sketchbook.

I should fill up my sketchbook too! I have a couple pages in already. :P

Anyway, I had no idea you could draw so well in the past! You should definitely pursue picking that up like you had said. I plan on picking up as well in a couple weeks when I recover. Good stuff you have. :D

I'm about 9 pages in out of what was 120 - but I did rip out a couple of pages after making horrible drawings or concept sketches for some cake decorations I was doing! Quite a mountain to get over but it should be fun!

Today I'm going to have a go at drawing Noore from Far Cry 4....

And yes, get back into drawing Proot! You're an excellent artist, I still have that Toothless you drew for me on my Christmas card! :jess:

Sooooo, in the spirit of it being New Year-ish, I'm picking up drawing again. I've been dying to just feel creative in other ways than writing.

Last night I whipped up a really quick Rey and BB-8. Coloured with letraset markers. I only wanted to spend about 30 minutes on it, as any longer and I would have lost the plot haha! I'm trying to just do things quickly and not agonise over mistakes and just have it as it is, you know? Anyway, here they are! I'm pretty proud of it :D

Yesterday I had a go at drawing up a 4 panel comic style drawing. I was inspired and had this idea after seeing my sister (who I drew in the panel) come home with a massive bag of bath bombs :p she does this all the time. I hope you like it! I want to draw more stuff like this!

In the near future, I want to expand my letraset collection too. They're so great and I think they really added to the style of this piece! It looks great irl, didn't quite pick it up as much on camera. I do have a scanner I could use but this was on A5 :)
