Regrets from Immediate Satisfaction

Eating an entire box of pad thai was a good idea before I finished it but now I'm painfully full and very sleepy.

What regrets have you suffered from due to a need for immediate satisfaction?

Eating a large red velvet cupcake while knowingly lactose intolerant.

Eating chicken that was sitting out for 6 hours because I was that hungry. Definitely regret this one the most.

Any time I have snapped and called someone a :bou::bou::bou::bou: if they were being a :bou::bou::bou::bou:. Yes, it feels pretty good to get it out but it doesn't help, really.

Im not a violent person but it made me really mad because I didn't even play it before I let him borrow it.

I spoiled the real truth in my favorite mystery story for myself. As a result I absolutely adore said mystery for how well-crafted it is but I could kick myself to death for not figuring it out on my own.
