My boyfriend does. He made a 3D print of himself as well. It's pretty creepy. I am particularly interested in the 3D bioprinting.

First time I heard of them.

Seriously?

3D printing is super cool and I am excited for what it can do.

We have one at work that we use to print prosthetic hands for people (http://www.tedxrainier.com/speakers/ivan-owen/) after hours. During work hours people can sign up and use them to print whatever. My friend printed me a bulbasaur!

Yeah. It's basically the first step towards Star Trek replicators.

Indeed it is. They actually sent files to the International Space Station so they could 3D print parts for maintenance issues.

I would happily kill any one of you for a 3d printer because they're awesome.

So you'd kill any of us for a few thousand dollars. You'd be a pretty cheap hitman I guess.

I am quite poor and do not value human life.

Sure but don't you value your time? You could be getting a lot more cash per hour if you took more per kill. I'm pretty sure the planning phase takes quite a bit of time.

I run a volume business. It keeps me busy, but I find the work fulfilling.

Fulfilling my trunk with corpses that is.

I'm excited about them because of their potential bioprinting applications (http://www.techrepublic.com/article/breakthrough-how-scientists-are-3d-printing-a-human-heart-that-will-work-better-than-yours/).

Of course no one is surprised that I'm also excited for stuff like this that I could create at my level. (http://www.miataturbo.net/engine-performance-56/3d-printed-intake-n-na-miatas-76193/)
