Which Kevin Smith movie is your favorite? Are you manic for Mallrats? Crazy for Clerks? Zany for Zack & Miri Make a Porno?

Dogma is my favorite. I've probably seen it the most.

For me it's Mallrats. It's one of the few movies that if I catch it's on, I'll watch no matter where in the movie it is.

Clerks, but Zack and Miri are a close second.

Probably Clerks. I like Mallrats a lot, but I feel that it gets a bit too corny at times, along with some moments in his other films (including Clerks). I actually think Clerks II is way up there, too. I think it's a bit weird that he is going to make Clerks III, but what I think helped Clerks II was the amount of time that passed between the movies. The long passage of time since the second one can hold the same advantage for the third if he writes a creative enough story for it.

The one with the skinny blonde dude and the guy who doesn't talk.

I REALLY want to say Dogma, because that was a damn fine movie. Clever, witty, funny, really it's everything Kevin Smith can do right at ti's best.

...But the shear outlandishness of Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back just wins me over.

Dogma! Clerks next. Zach and Miri was pretty okay, too.

I've never seen Mallrats ;-;

I liked Clerks II a lot but there are a lot of great choices.

Clerks. Chasing Amy was pretty great, too.

Clerks, then Mallrats. Dogma and J&SB: Strike Back are still really funny.

I like a lot of his movies, but I'm pleased to see Jersey Girl is getting no love.

I would say Mallrats especially because I recently met Jason Lee, but Dogma is a good film and I cannot say that about many of his other films. Clerks is probably the most overrated cult classic. I also enjoyed Red State. He needs to do more horror movies.

Definitely not Tusk...

Tusk could have been Top 5 but the inclusion of Johnny Depp's character destroyed it for me. We had a pretty gross and tense horror/drama and then he came along.

Anyway, Clerks 1 and 2 all day. Some of my favourite movies ever. The first is funnier but the second has more emotion. I prefer the first by a small margin.
