I use Facebook (I try and keep posts on here to a minimum but it's useful for messaging some friends and family) and Twitter (very infrequently do I tweet however)

Facebook: Keeping in touch with family, friends I have online, and organizing stuff with real life friends.

Twitter: Harassing my sister and making bad jokes.

Reddit: Made my own account because you can customize Reddit to your preferences. Most of the defaults are bad/boring, but other subreddits are good. I don't post too much, but I mainly lurk. I joined initially for the Game Grumps subreddit (back when it didn't even have 10,000 members and fans weren't idiotic/obsessive).

Facebook and Twitter for both personal and work-related stuff (Twitter being mainly work-related and Facebook being more or less 50/50).

Instagram just for work.

I browse others like Reddit and Tumblr, but I'm not sure if that makes me a "user."

Also, seconding Goodreads. Goodreads is fantastic.

Facebook: All the time. It's consumed my soul.
Twitter: Not a lot. I mostly use it to keep up-to-date with current events -- I follow NBC, CNN, etc.
Tumblr: Not a lot. I have it in conjunction with my personal website as of blog of sorts but not a big fan of Tumblr.
Linkedin: Not a lot but I try to keep it updated as much as possible.
Instagram: Occasionally - Just got it a few months ago and I check it quite frequently, but don't post daily.


You forgot Snapchat. Snapchat is where it's at right now. Apparently people still care about Vine as well.

LiveJournal for keeping up with the few remaining people who use LiveJournal, and also for RSS feeds.
Twitter for searching for links or commentary on live events, eg. football games.
Reddit for searching for information, generally regarding video games.
Instagram for looking at pics people I know took that may or may not be on Facebook. Rarely I might post something.
DeviantArt for art.
YouTube for videos.

Of these, I only really use Facebook on a daily basis although YouTube and DeviantArt get used often enough to say I'm a regular. I lurk Instagram pretty often, too. LJ, Twitter and Reddit... *shrug*
