What's the best way to eat a PO-TA-TO?

I like potato skins, french fries (esp sweet potato fries that're good n crispy with KETCHUP), tater tots, hashbrowns (smothered with chili and jalepeno and shit. nommmmm), baked with lots of sour cream and cheese and bacon and chives or green onion (I skip the butter 'cuz that's just unnecessary added calories), and yeah.

Rantz had me make hasselback potatoes this past week and those were delicious.
