We all have shows we watch over and over, but is anyone else like me who watches certain episodes over and over? There are some particular ones I just keep watching over and over because I love them too much.
30 Rock - Subway Hero and Dance Like Nobody's Watching. I cannot count the amount of times I have seen Subway Hero, and I am confident that I could act it out 100% appropriately (long live Dennis Duffy). And Dance Like Nobody's watching because Criss mothersmurfing Chrossss
New Girl - Tomatoes. Nick Growing tomatoes and shouting at birds is the best thing ever.
Parks & Rec - The Stakeout. I don't know what it is about this episode, but I love it. I especially love it when Andy throws himself into the pit to avoid being seen.
The Office - Casino Night. I just like it when Jim and Pam kiss :3
What are some particular episodes of shows that you watch over and over?
I watched Charmed S4 Hell Hath No Fury so many times I should be able to quote the entire episode by now. I love Holly Marie Combs. Oh, and Once More with Feeling Buffy S6. I'm sure there were more, but I can't remember any of them.

There are a lot of episodes from different shows that I like to rewatch. Here's a small number of them.
Futurama:
The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings
The Farnsworth Parabox
The Late Philip J. Fry
Bender's Big Score
Community:
Remedial Chaos Theory is all that I can think of here. I rewatch entire seasons on occasion, but this episode I find myself watching quite a bit
The Office:
Dwight's Speech (I think that's what this one is called. I love it way too much)
Casino Night
Halloween
The Injury
It's Always Sunny:
The Nightman Cometh (I'm a sucker for musical episodes I think)
The cannibal episode. I can't remember what it's called.
All of the episodes in this show are pretty much rewatchable to me, but these ones I've found myself watching quite a bit.
Adventure Time:
What was missing?
there were lot of episodes of this show I used to rewatch just because I have the show on my computer and I find myself wanting to watch stuff when I don't have internet fairly frequently. I can't think of the other episode names off the top of my head though.
Dragon Ball Z
the episode where Piccolo and Goku try to get their driver's license
Cowboy Bebop:
The Ballad of Fallen Angels
Parks and Rec
Telethon
Li'l Sebastian
The Stakeout
Most of the show really
South Park:
GoT episodes
WoW episode
Simpsons:
A lot of the Treehouse of Horror episodes.
I'll stop there.

Dwight's speech episode is a great one.
The DBZ driver's license episode is excellent. Sometimes those little episodes that weren't part of the larger arc were the best ones.

The season 1 finale of The Flash on the CW. It had an emotional time-travel reunion between Barry and Nora Allen, and then the cliff-hanger finale where Barry runs into a black hole to save his family and friends was very touching to me.

There are a lot of episodes from different shows that I like to rewatch. Here's a small number of them.
Futurama:
The Devil's Hands are Idle Playthings
The Farnsworth ParaboxThese. Plus 'Where No Fan Has Gone Before' and 'Parasites Lost'.
As for other shows...
Doctor Who:
'Blink' - still a brilliantly creepy self-contained episode. Back before Russel T. Davies or Steven Moffat started going nuts.
'Doomsday' - DAT ENDING
Deep Space Nine:
'The Way of the Warrior' - hugely significant story-wise, and with an impressive side of arse-kicking.
'Our Man Bashir' - cheesy fun at its best.
'Trials and Tribble-ations' - as above, but with bonus nostalgia. Also tribbles.
'In the Pale Moonlight' - "I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover up the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But most damning of all... I think I can live with it." True science fact: Ben Sisko is more BAMF than you.
'His Way' - "Why don't I just kiss you now and get it over with?"

There's lots of them, but the ones that come to mind the most quickly is the first season of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. I know it's still a lot of episodes, but seriously, I can watch them all non-stop. It drives pumpkin crazy.

My girlfriend rewatches Family Guy, Futurama, and American Dad over and over and over as background noise from Netflix. But I don't purposely watch "shows" like that, let alone episodes
But there are things like Mythbusters, The Universe, COSMOS (both and old and new), and episodic documentaries, like Life, Planet Earth, and Blue Planet where I can watch things over and over. But I can't think of any actual shows outside of things off YouTube who do a "show" that I find pleasant to fall asleep to (Sw1tcher or Game Sack mostly)
I think I watched all the episodes of Full House Season Eight a lot because I have them memorized right down to their clothes. THEIR CLOTHES!

Usually one and done... I do rewatch Firefly every yead, and if I find any TNG or OG Twilight Zone episode on TV, I'll usually leave it on.

I cannot believe all of you who mentioned The Office did not mention "Dinner Party". Hands down the most horrific and incredible episode of the series.
Also these:
Star Trek: TNG - "Data's Day"
The Simpsons - "Bart Sells His Soul"
Lost - "Pilot" (you know, before they ruined the entire thing)
Seinfeld - "The Boyfriend"

Doctor Who: "Midnight" - Honestly, this is one of the most genuinely terrifying episodes, because as it turns out, the people are the real monsters here, and DT's acting is just brilliant.
Doctor Who: "Silence in the Library/ Forest of the Dead" - You can't really not watch both of these together, and they're well balanced episodes with a genuine plot twist that no one was expecting.
Supernatural: "Swan Song" - they really, really should have ended the series after this episode. Would have been perfect.
There are more, but these are the only ones I can come up with off the top of the head. Not even going to start on the anime.

*Assorted Simpsons episodes from the first 6 to 10 seasons or so.
*Almost anything from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.
*Several episodes from Start Trek: TNG ranging from cool ones like "Cause and Effect" or "The Inner Light"
*Anime like: DBZ, Deathnote, Evangelion, Rah-Xephon, Samurai Champloo, FMA
*Though this might not exactly count, but the best of Game Grumps stuff and other assorted internet things that make me laugh like the Terminator on shotgun day.

The episode of the Medium where the mom loses her daughter to kidnapping and that Alicia Keys song comes on, and her daughter walks into the water where the woman walks into the water. I can watch that over and over.
That and the ER episode where the guy had multiple personality disorder but had some kind of liquid around his heart and that's...ugh that episode makes me cry
