Whilst Wacca, a town in central Ethiopia, and Fozzie Bear, are both commendable Wakkas, Wakka is the best Wakka.

Yeah, I have a pac-man alarm clock and it sounds like "wakka wakka" not "awak awak". Although when you say either fast it sounds the same xD

I like Wakka much more than Wakka and Wakka. Wakka could give Wakka a run for his money though... as could Wakka. Ultimately though, I think Wakka just edges it.
