Sort out Cait Sith's Limit Breaks?

I think Cait Sith should get levels 3 and 4.

Even if they're just more/upgraded options for Slots.

Thoughts?

It did always seem slightly cheap that Cait Sith had only two levels, and one of those levels can kill you if you mess up the slots. It would have made Cait Sith more useful.
