Wales tends to get a tough break around here. Here's an interesting video to educate you on what Wales is really like.

It's OK here. The worst part about living in Wales is how the train announcements are in both English and Welsh. So they Never. Stop. TALKING.

Wales tends to get a tough break around here.Mainly from myself. Welshmen and women skinny dipping sounds like a particularly grim sight.

Wales is probably the prettiest part of the UK I've been to (Cardiff excepted, mind you, which was rubbish). The castles/ruins are beautiful and some of the waterfalls - both the more famous ones and random ones we found in small towns - were even more so.

Wales would be fine apart from the stomach churning smell of the Welsh people. And the sight of the disgusting mutated Welsh people. Oh and the sound of the Welsh people and their foul language. I mean, all I'm saying is that an outbreak of the plague might improve the place.

Looks nice to me.

Outside of the apparent traditional British influence in your cuisine. Sorry about that one. :(

(It's fun to pick on everyone, so....ahem...)

C'mon. Even the Black Plague has standards. It can do better.

Cardiff representing here.

It is the nicest. Cardiff is a good place to live. Not too big that your swamped by millions of people, but big enough to do to most things.

We're beautiful people, smell wonderful and we'll alway be there "now, in a minute". I promise.

I feel like that's exactly what a Welshman would say.

You say that, but I counter by saying North Wales is trout.

Not only am I from Wales but I also live in Rhyl, so it's kinda like having both an infection AND a disease.

Fun fact: The Red Dwarf episode Better Than Life was partly filmed on a beach in Rhyl. Apparently, the stage direction in the script set the scene as 'A beach in Paradise'. I didn't know Rhyl beaches were that fabulous?

Is that because half of them speak in broad scouse accents? (and the other half in manchester accents)

Sure. That and it actually has proper beaches rather than the gravel that passes for a beach in England.

Hey, that's not fair! We have some beautiful long, sandy beaches. Many of them are in Cornwall, but the closest one to me is in Bournemouth.

Looks nice to me.

It's not as if Welsh cuisine was ever THAT awesome.

The most famous Welsh dish - Welsh Rarebit - is just cheese on toast, for heaven's sake. :p

Joking aside, Wales is a beautiful country.

Plus, I think the Welsh accent and the Welsh language are marvelous.

You get some good radio from Wales, too. The BBC Wales comedy series Here Be Dragons was HILARIOUS. :spin:

I've been to Wales and loved it. The people were really friendly and the place was just gorgeous. The amount of sheep there was apropos as well.
