Suikoden Marathon

With all of the Suikoden talk, I decided to start my Suikoden marathon that I have had planned forever. Also note that by marathon I mean playing them all in a row, one right after the other, and not playing them quickly. Especially with school and stuff coming up, these won't get done quickly.

So after asking my boyfriend we decided I would play them in order of events instead of in order of game. Which means IV - V - I - II - III. I'll keep a journal here of my progress and discussions and whatever and people can talk about them with me if they want to! I have played all games before so no worry about spoilers. On that note, I will have spoilers if you haven't played the games. I'll also keep a map detailing where I've been from the nifty map I've found online! Areas I have visited will be circled. Okay so first day, July 22nd/23rd

*Started playing Suikoden IV. It's been the longest since I've played this game and I was amazed at how much I've forgotten. I printed out a Star guide and I forgot who most of the characters were! It's a shame so many of them were forgettable. Named hero Lazlo

*Noticed that Snowe looks like a woman. Especially on one portrait where his earlobes look like earrings.

*Did my first naval engagement. Skipped tutorial thinking I didn't need it. Lost

*Realized I needed the tutorial and reset.

*Won the battle. Scene seems to proceed the same way. Won the duel. Wondered if Commander Glen has the same voice as Margulis. Looked it up just now and learned that he's been in literally everything in existence. And he is the same voice. He also does Papa Godwin in SV.

*Went to Razril and met Funghi and Chiepoo.

*Remembered this was the point I had trouble with the first time I played because they're a bit vague on what to do next.

*Chose Kennith and Jewel to accompany me on my first mission. I *think* this is where you choose who will stay with you a while. Last time I chose Kennith and Paula and I was debating Jewel and Paula this time but as much as I like the Wind Rune, I really don't use it much.

*Chose to deliver a document and went to Middleport. Bought some cheap trade goods and some flower seeds. Met Adrienne, Deborah, Oskar, and Gunter.

Went to bed as it was late, played more while waiting for Internet dude

*Forgot how terribly awkward the ship is and how they don't really give you an explanation. Went much faster once I figured it out. Also forgot the ridiculously high encounter rate.

*Pretty water though!

*Defeated evil hairball

*Returned to Razril and met Basil and Konrad. Forgot how many recruits are in Razril. Noticed how many characters look rather gender ambiguous.

*Ramada is creepy lookin

*Glen reminds me of Malik from Graces f now

*Snow is a terrible Captain. It's easy to Captain when things are going good :colbert:

*Debated killing Snowe later in the game.

*Despite intimidating naval battle, I won without issue, and also won the duel.

*Have returned to Razril, people are rightfully being assish to Snowe

*Was exiled. Very sad.

July 24th

I was sick today so we have a big update!

*Recruited Perrault

*Went to the Obel ruins

*Recruited Rakgi, Rikie, Lilin, and Cedric

*Remembered you can press R1 to dash. Makes ridiculous encounter rate a bit more barable since I can actually go distance

*Met Ema, Noah, and Gary

*Changed party and learned that Rita is a good Lightning Rune mage and Mitsuba is a good hitter

*Realized Kika is an attractive pirate lady. Also very thin. Felt jealous while eating kit kat bar

*Recruited Oleg, Akaghi, Mizuki, Ramada, Yu, and Adrienne

*HQ became a ship, very excited about comment box

*Recruited Haruto, Lino, Nico, and Pablo automatically

*Recruited Mao, Nao, Bang, Bartholomew, Viki, Jeane, Manu, Shiramine, Lilan, Izak, Kate, Nataly, Taisuke, Lilen, Rene, and Phil

*Remembered how adorable Nataly is, changed avatar to Nataly avatar. Was sad I had no window sets

*Went to Pirate's Nest

*Recruited Kika, Dario, Nalleo, Sigurd, Hervey, Lilon, and Liloon

*Almost lost ship battle because stupid sick brain, agonized over which option to pick for Snowe. Went with second option. Snowe is still a jackass.

July 25th

*Went to Hermitage Island and got Elenor as my tactician, as well as Agnes. Named my ship and army 'Toran' as that's what I name all my stuff since Suikoden I.

*Recruited Jango, Brec, Aldo, Gau, Katarina, Lo Fong, Lo Hak, Lo Seng, Igor, Nalkul and Champo

*Went to Middleport and defeated the horrible octomammoth thing

*Recruited Reinbach III, Micky, Gareth, Deborah, Oskar, Etienne, Helga, Charlemagne, and Keen

*Realized how many people I needed Reinbach for, wondered why he isn't the leader of the army

*Had a ridiculous amount of fun with the confessionals :excited:

*Went to the Ghost Ship, got game over. Tried again and won. Recruited Ted.

*Went to Na-Nal, wanted to punch Mayor in the face

*Recruited Axel and Selma. Tried to recruit Eugene but was never there. Grew increasingly worried.

*Went to Nay. Recruited Kevin, Pam, Millay.

*After recruiting Millay, Eugene was finally there. Was also amazed at how Reinbach and Millay handled their affairs like mature adults. Noted that I once again needed Reinbach.

*Took back Razril.

*Recruited Helmut, Paula, Tal, Ameria, Basil, Frederica, Funghi, Karl, Konrad, Jeremy, Maxine (who nearly kicked my butt on the second fight with her stupid wind rune), and Gretchen. Super excited about Gretchen.

*Went to recruit Warlock, did dungeon, recruited Warlock. Went back to recruit Pecola, was not there. Finally talked to Deborah and returned and she was there.

*Ship is very lively now!

July 26th

*Went to Pirate's Nest, and finally took back Obel after several suspiciously too easy ship battles.

*Recruited Tanya, Flare, Setsu, Carrie, Ema, Gary, Gunter, Nabokov, Noah, Trishtan, Wendel, Rachel.

*Went to recruit Travis through the rather annoying Obel Ruins. Rage quit during tough boss. Realized I could walk around boss, recruited Travis.

*Recruited Snowe and got all 108 Stars of Destiny!!! :kaocheer:

*Am now getting all characters up to level 50 before proceeding. So far my strategy for this has been:
-For characters below level 25, I build them up in the Obel path leading to the former HQ
-For characters level 25 to 40, I build them up in the town square of Na-Nal
-For characters level 40 and above, I build them up in the Obel Ruins, now chock full of stronger monsters

Doing this method it takes about 20 minutes to get someone up to level 50, doing 3 characters at a time. I'm also picking my parties so as to get their combo attacks as well!

When all characters are at level 50, I will post stats here so anyone who plays can plan their party accordingly if they so choose!

*For anyone who needs a guide to recruit the 108 stars, suikosource has an excellent guide here (http://www.suikosource.com/games/sod.php?pf=S4). However, there are a few changes I would like to add as a heads up:
-Eugene seems to appear randomly
-To recruit Carrie, you need Yu in your party
-Travis needs an Escape Scroll (marked here as Scroll of Return)
-Noah is BEHIND the throne in the throne room.

Other than that, the guide is excellent and even shows in what order you can recruit each character. The only one who needs advanced events before they are listed for recruitment is Gunter. You need to speak to him in Middleport near the beginning of the game and in Na Nal just after you liberate it.

It`s been so long since i`ve played these games. If i still had my ps1 and ps2 i would play them again.

The ship battles are ridiculously easy until the last one, when it becomes ridiculously luck-based.

Despite considering Suikoden IV the weakest of the series, I must say that it is notably easy and efficient to play. The Obel Ruins is probably the longest dungeon in the game, and it's a quick 2-minute run (and except for the ocean/world map, the encounter rate is fairly low). Travis is still an asshole.

I do think it's the weakest one, but for me it's still a very enjoyable game. I've been having a lot of fun and I can hardly put it down! I am excited to finish soon though as V is my favourite/tied for my favourite in the series. I am NOT however looking forward to how much more difficult it is to recruit everyone in V. I'm going to be pulling my hair out the whole game worrying I've missed something. V is not forgiving with the recruitment.

Today I've mostly been grinding. I have 15 characters to go I think, should be finished up tomorrow

And that list is pretty cool. I am amused that Snowe is below-average in most stat categories. His unite with Lazlo is really the only reason he's notable. What number is the stat for arm strength?

On a side note, I was thinking about it and I find the True Runes a really interesting take on kind of Gods in this world. It's interesting to me that religion is not a huge thing in the Suikoverse despite the Gods being out and about and people having concrete proof they exist. Maybe that's why religion isn't an issue? Either way it's a pretty interesting take on things. The Gods are the things your magic runes are based on and they choose their owner and each have their positive and negative effects and people seek them a great deal for their power. I wish there would be more Suikoden games so we could see more of them but it sadly looks like the series is dead :(

Not completely true, S1 and S5 are probably the only entries where most fans don't have a general consensus of the best final party. the first game because beyond specialty runes and weapon setups, everyone is the same and S5 because they're too many broken character builds.

Yes Snowe is irritating, but I kind of liked his arc as a character and I enjoyed rubbing his face in his failures only to finally break his selfishness by end game. Snowe's saving grace is his Unite with the Hero but also his equipment setup allows him to use things like the Hero Armor set and a few other broken Armor sets that offset his average stats. Now in Suikoden Tactics, he's mostly useless.

I think he's a well done character though. They wanted to make a character you'd dislike and they certainly succeeded for me. It made it tempting to off him when he was being an arrogant jerk. Now he's just all depressed and he is better but I just don't like him as a person so I don't like using him.

My main party is:
Lazlo - because they make me
Gretchen - Because she's pretty
Mizuki - Because she's a decent healer and also quick, which means quick healing
Rita - Because she's very good with a Lightning Rune and a bit better physically than most of the other mages

And I can't recall exactly, but I *think* they make you take a second party in here soon so I have it set up with
Ted - Because good healing and Soul Eater Rune
Jeane - Because magic
Mitsuba - Just because she's strong and I had her set up anyway since I used her before I got Gretchen
Kika - Because Kika

So I just need to finish sharpening their weapons (short on funds after sharpening the weapons of 56ish characters) and I'm off to progress the game

July 28th

*Finished preparations. Made second team of Mitsuba, Jeane, Ted, and Kika.

*Completed ship battle with two ships remaining.

*Defeated Cray like it was nothing

*Got to the final boss and lost hard. Took a fit. Was having a terrible day and I prepared and prepared and the final boss was a mega pain and I took a fit and had to start over.

*Finished preparations. Trained more. Made FIRST TEAM Jeane, Ted, and Kika. Made second team Mizuki, Rita, Gretchen, and Mitsuba.

*Lost ship battle

*Started wanting to break game which before this had been very easy. Was happier when it was very easy.

*Won thanks to sharky's help. Lost no ships.

*Beat Cray still pretty easily.

*Lost boss battle due to not paying attention to when he turns white

*Fought boss again. Lost 3 characters to stupid white attack. Made a miraculous recovery. Noticed next time he turned white and used Rush. Won just as I was giving up hope.

*Watched credits. They went by very quickly, wish they had gone by more slowly

*FINISHED THE GAME SO HAPPY OH MY GOSH THAT BOSS

*Total time was 37 hours and 11 minutes.

So I liked it more than I remembered although I still say it's my least favourite. It certainly has its faults and sadly the characters are not super memorable as a whole. But it was still a lot of fun.

I wish they had spread the info a bit more over the game instead of a big info dump at the end. I hadn't remembered about Helmut being the son of whatshisname and Lazlo being Flare's long lost brother. That was kind of sweet, actually. Helmut has good hair. But yeah, there was a lot of free time they could have added some story instead of keeping it all to the end. I also miss the detective investigations.

Overall still a great game and I had a lot of fun :flirt: Will add more in journal entry.

Does anyone else go to the HQ in each game and decide where their room would be if they were a Star of Destiny? Probably only I am that big of a dweeb, but yes. I decided in Suikoden IV that it would be Katarina's room. I wanted to be below deck but not at the bottom, thus the fourth floor. I didn't want to be right next to the doctor because if there's an emergency and they need more space, guess who's room is getting converted. I also wanted to be on the left side, but not right next to Dario because he seems like he'd be loud. So fourth door on the left. And it's close to the library!

Oh look, it's a week since I started! Rest assured that Suikoden V will not go anywhere near as quickly

*Rescued Toma

*Lordlake sure is depressing. I do like the themed battle fades so far. Suikoden IV with it's water, Suikoden V with the sun. It was especially fitting in Lordlake

*First boss was a breeze with Georg Prime

*I like that they finally give you their Rune affinity ratings in this one so I don't have to look it up

*So we returned to the beautiful Sol-Falena

*Royal pajamas made me laugh

*Met the royal knights and the royal family

*Random guy who talks about the war seems forced but I've meet sharky's dad people like that so

*It was cheesy but I liked Ferrid's loyalty talk. I like the music that plays with Zahhak, they aren't showcasing that one or anything. Alenia needs to crawl out of the Godwin's butts

*I like the little call out to Suikoden I when they mention Morgan the gladiator. This is why it's fun to play them in order! There are also some recruits with Obel style uniforms if I remember correctly

*Returned to Sol-Falena where stuff started to happen. Very sad stuff. Very powerful moments in the game

So I looked it up and some people say you need to not lose many recruits in the war battles, others say you need a lot of Victory+'s, others say you just need Viki, others say you need an all female party, others say you need some combination of these or all of these and just GAAAHHHH (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻)

*So I did the first war battle and I got Victory+ but I lost 94 people. Is that too many? Does it stack? Did I already mess up the recruit? I HATE RECRUITING IN THIS GAME IT IS SO STRESSFUL

Not completely true, S1 and S5 are probably the only entries where most fans don't have a general consensus of the best final party. the first game because beyond specialty runes and weapon setups, everyone is the same and S5 because they're too many broken character builds.

True, S2 and S3 also have some consensus top characters. I guess I should rephrase in that S4 has the most easily-broken top characters with no effort on the gamer's part. S2's "top" characters are all there just because they have 3 open rune slots (e.g., Killey) for rare-but-overpowered runes. Equipping Fury, Double-Beat, and Double-Strike on anyone makes them a monster. And for S3, some of the top characters are based on skills that you may or may not want to spend all the time leveling up (e.g., Juan). For S4, you're given Kika, who for some ungodly reason has a disadvantage-free Falcon Rune, and Snowe, who comes with a ridiculous unite with Lazlo. You don't even have to do anything to them and they're all overpowered (you can also add Mizuki, who has a repeatable and disadvantage-free 2x Strike Rune, which basically makes her normal attack unnecessary). S4 is the only Suikoden game I've played where my hero was ever the weakest character in my party.

*Remembered about the Wilhelm recruiting, already started pulling my hair out. So I looked it up and some people say you need to not lose many recruits in the war battles, others say you need a lot of Victory+'s, others say you just need Viki, others say you need an all female party, others say you need some combination of these or all of these and just GAAAHHHH (╯°□°）╯︵ ┻━┻)

*So I did the first war battle and I got Victory+ but I lost 94 people. Is that too many? Does it stack? Did I already mess up the recruit? I HATE RECRUITING IN THIS GAME IT IS SO STRESSFUL

My understanding is that it's based on losses (if you get all Victory+'s, then you're likely in good shape, absent some very bad luck), but even if you have too many losses, you can STILL recruit him with Viki in your party. He mentions something about being a good general and not wasting lives, and he also is a womanizer, so that all makes sense. I haven't had to try the latter before, though, so don't consider that absolute.



*So went to see about salt and the price HAD been raised when I was in Rainwall but then it plummeted by the time I reached Raftleet. So will it rise again? Did I miss my chance? But I think you only need 6 salt when that trade event is triggered, and I never had any luck getting it to trigger by buying salt. It is a repeatable event. My advice is just to hold 1-2 full stacks of salt in your inventory and just play through the game, talking to the traders along the way. Don't stress out trying to get him right away, because it's just a pain in the ass.

I know he's not missable but just something about you could have recruited him..... but you didn't just stresses me out. I stress easily. I love this game to death and the story and characters and world are amazing but they've gone full on punishment in recruiting for it and I always stress that I missed something

It's an either or thing actually for Wilhelm, same with Oboro. To get Wilhelm you either have to convince his partner by proving your a great general with a Victory + and very few losses in the first few battles or you can simply wait to bring any of the girls used in the Cute Girl Unite Attack which is Viki, Norma, and one other I can't remember and that will be enough to convince him to join to his partner Mueller's disgust.

The Trader character will activate the event, so just hold onto the salt until he mentions the wager to see how good you are at trading which as far as I know, won't happen until you get Raftfleet on your side anyways so don't stress over it. Honestly, I love the fact the recruitment in this game is challenging because it's not like everything else in the game isn't easy. It's also cool how a few characters have multiple ways to recruit them although I screwed up with Oboro in my last playthrough, and had to get him the hard way because I forgot to help Sagiri and Shigure with the investigation. :(

*So I went to break Lucretia out of prison. Met Gunde and Dwarfsmith

*I like the fact that you can bring an entourage with you!

*Did the whole Rainwall thing, did war battle, got Victory+ with no losses.

*Wondered if Wilhelm is the voice of Captain Matthews. I hope so. Captain Matthews from the game with another character named Wilhelm and another voice actor who does Margulis/Godwin

*Some really great scenes in Rainwall. I really think it's pretty but the first time I played I thought it would be my HQ and I was a bit disappointed since it's much more developed. But I was happy that wasn't the case.

*Relocated to Raftfleet. One of my favourite areas of the whole game.

*New outfit, named my army the Toran army.

*Recruited Oboro, Fuyo, and Shigure. Not Sagiri though and I am sad because I like her :(

*Recruited Nordon, Zegai, and Sorensen after doing the whole Babbage sidequest.

*EQUIPMENT IS SO EXPENSIVE

After about an hour and a half, it worked! I sold like 34 salts, finally have space in my inventory, and I can stop stressing about Sairoh now! Also got weapons sharpened and skill points used :kaocheer:

*Went to Beaverville. Met beavers. Already heard about the "Boss" a bit too soon, worried I messed up the event.

August 1st

*Went to the Lake Ruins, met Zweig and Lorelai. Did that whole dealio

*Did the Hatred Fortress battle. Felt a lot of pressure because of Wilhelm recruit. Actually got Victory+. It was amazing, I have never done as well as I did here in any of the more difficult war battles. I was knocking out ships left and right, I had a plan, I was organized. I'll probably never perform this well again x)

*Found it funny that I killed like 900 people to get them to evacuate to avoid killing people by flooding them

*FINALLY GOT MY SECOND FAVOURITEST HQ IN THE SERIES!! 30 hours or so in. It took me 37 hours to finish IV for reference.

*Recruited Viki, Zerase, Lorelai, Zweig, Muroon, Talgeyl, Goesch, Silva, Toma

*Successfully recruited Wilhelm and Muller with no issue! Didn't even need Viki! Speaking of Viki, yay teleporting!

*Recruited Subala, Bastan, Zunda, Belcoot, Marina, and Alhazred.

*Found it pretty funny with the Euram thing. I'd actually forgotten about that.

*I'm really excited to have a detective again, I missed that in IV. He doesn't give me the most useful info though.

*Having a hard time with enemies. I don't get much exp from them which indicates my level is close to where it should be and I've bought as much equipment as I can afford. Everything is so darn expensive though.

*I was going to recruit Richard and Genoh before the day was up but plans didn't work out. I was planning to get Richard and level up Alhazred in the meantime and come back for Genoh. But I guess because I spoke to the beaver, I got there and it was Genoh and Alhazred is 3 levels behind. So I have to go level him up some more and then get those two.

August 7th

*Got everyone available up to level 40. The Big Hole is a good place to grind (heehee)

*Did the Queen's Campaign, got Victory+

*I liked how all of the characters had special dialogue the night before the Queen's Campaign and the morning after. It was a nice touch

*And umm saw the touching flashback scene. Made me realize how long it had been since we were in Sol-Falena. Also, I cried a little bit at the part where Arshtat killed her husband. Was very touching. It got a little corny by the end but still some awesome scenes

*Did the whole Gordius village thing, wasn't so bad. Georg RUINED my stat taking so it may or may not get done, depending. I'll try my best though :x

*Recruited Flail (didn't remember Flail is a girl), Ax, Nick, and Yoran

*Did some war battles. Can't remember all of the stuff but I have been doing pretty well. One of them I only lost 89 units total, it was pretty good. Another one I lost not one single person. But there's been a lot of war battles and I can't remember which I did when.

*Got my HQ back!

*Went and recruited Haleth nervously. He was the last "missable" character (so long as you don't choose to reject Shula and recruited Eresh instead of Euram)

*Recruited Shula, Nifsara, and Sharmista. My first playthrough I though Shula was a woman for the longest time.

*Recruited Shoon. Did pretty good in boss fights. Got Stormfist

*And now I'm dreading the boss fight after boss fight after boss fight coming up. But I am prepping 3 parties, getting everyone's weapon up to lvl 14, and buying them good equipment. I bought a bunch of those fortune rings and I bring Egbert and Norma along, so the cash comes in pretty easily. I don't have 4 rings on each character, but I have quite a few, and I earn about 50k per fight. Most fights are pretty short so it's a good way to earn much needed cash. Will keep a separate save file when it's all done and proceed with the game. That way when sharky gets back we can watch all of the combo attack and bath scenes!

August 14th

Oki doki! So I got everyone up where I needed them and went on with the game.

*Did the second to last War Battle and had 0 lost units! Did the last war battle which was much harder but got Victory+ still

*Did the boss battles and duels in the Sun Palace. Retook Sol-Falena!

*Did the mountain thing with my three parties. First boss with Lyon's team was the hardest for me.

*Beat the boss on the first try! It wasn't easy, but I did it! My party was Prince, Miakis, Zegai, Viki, Lun, and Faylen.

*WON THE GAME, WOO HOO! About 75 hours total. Record for most enemies defeated goes to the Prince, most damage dealt went to Lun, and best healer went to Miakis!

So some thoughts. I really felt bad for Euram when Sialeeds killed his dad. This game also did a much better job than IV of making this feel like a long adventure. When I got back to the Sun Palace it was like "wow, it's been a while!" as opposed to like with Razril when it didn't feel like that. Even thinking back on when we were staying in Rainwall felt like so long ago and getting the HQ.

I was really sad to leave the HQ. I spent a while there and I really liked it. Some of the endings made me sad, and Suikoden does a good job of showing characters all going their separate ways after the war. They were united by something and afterwards they all go their separate ways, kind of like in life. I did like Zunda's ending and Lun becoming the first female Dragon Horse rider. As usual, I liked the "night before" scenes.

I got the good ending where Lyon was revived and I also had enough Lym points that I ended up staying as a Commander of the Queen's Knight. I liked the Prince's new haircut!

So as far as recruiting, while Suikosource has great ones for the other games, the one for this game is not as good. So I used it with a walkthrough. Just don't use that guide by itself or you'll probably miss some stars.

I loved the game just as I did before. There are some awesome moments and some awesome scenes and some great characters. Looking forward to starting Suikoden I soon! It's the only one I don't have a hard copy of, so I'll be playing it on the PS3. So no Save Data bonus for Suikoden II, but oh well. The graphic change should be fun :lol: I was sad there was no bonus for SIV data though.

Also, my room in the Ceras Lake Castle would be where Norma and Ernst stay in the base of the round hall at the end of the hallway!

*Started Suikoden! Ohh the graphics

*Did the Gregminster business. Went to Magician's Isle. I think it's interesting how much less of a big deal Leknaat is in this one. Like the others she's some ~mysterious woman~ who appears before the hero and speaks vaguely and everyone is like "wha?". Here it's "Oh yeah, Lady Leknaat! She lives on Magician's Isle and does work for us!"

*Went to Rockland and the mountain with the bandits and all that

*Had those sad scenes with Ted. Poor Ted :( He was much friendlier in this one than in IV

*Got the Soul Eater Rune. You know you're in for a treat when it's called the Soul Eater.

*Became a fugitive. Viktor brought me to Odessa

*Did the whole mountain thing and all that. Found myself saying "Shut Up Sanchez" everytime I talked to him. "My name is Sanchez" "Shut up Sanchez". "You can find the mountain over-" "Shut up Sanchez, I know where it is"

*Odessa died. Went to get Mathiu. Ah the Silverbergs.

*Went to Toran castle, beat the dragon thing. Thought it might be funny to have this be the ONLY castle I don't name Toran, but I named it Toran in the end. Ended up getting my HQ 4 hours in instead of 30 *coughSuikodenVcough*

*Time to go recruiting yay!

*Went to Kwanda's castle, did my first war battle, won with flying colours, did my first duel, fought a dragon.

*Didn't remember that choosing to go home SKIPS THREE MONTHS and doesn't allow character select for a while and I had more people to recruit

*Started over. Won the war battle, beat the dragon, defeated Kwanda

Mukumuku is pretty badass early on, though his usefulness drops very quickly.

I think the story characters can use their quotes, but won't actually die. If a regular character did that, they'd be gone permanently. It is a bit weird and not at all explained in any of the games.

*Snuck in to the camp, did the scene with Jillia. I love Jillia!

*Went to the cave of the wind, temporarily recruited Kahn, got the Star Dragon Sword

*Went back to North Window, beat up the boss, got my headquarters!!!!

*Kahn left

*Went to the place to get Shu, who acted like a poo face

*Found the coin thanks to Richmond, who has saved the country now thanks to his meddling. Recruited Shu

*Sucked at the was battle :G

*Eventually won and recruited Barbara, Huan, Leona, and Luc. Have comment box now!!

Lots of recruiting today!

*Recruited Amada, Tai Ho, Yam Koo, Oulan, Richmond, Yoshino, Alex, Hilda, and Clive

*Went to Lakewest and recruited Taki

*Went to Two River. HATED CHACO WITH A PASSION, was broke for a little bit, had a bunch of stuff happen

*Recruited Hans, Chaco, Fitcher, Ridley, Tetsu

*Went back after the events, had a castle upgrade

*Recruited Stallion, Hai Yo, Shilo. Sid, Gabocha (:3:), Gadget, Meg (:jess:), Wakaba (:jess:), Tony, Hix (:omgomg:), and Tengaar

*Did the silly unicorn test. Still makes me laugh

*Also, won two cooking contests! I have so much fun with those, I wish you could set them off whenever and repeat them :( Won the first one 30-22 and the second one 29-22
