Ok so I did a check on my perfect game file and realized I didn't previously have this item. You can get it from two ways, Fort Condor if you fight the boss yourself (he makes it to the top), or steal it from an enemy near cosmo canyon. I'm trying to win these fort condor battles as much as I can so I decided to steal. I was reading online all the hate people give the chances for this. What happens?

So the only other item I didn't have was an earth drum or harp you get from Gigas in the northern crater on disk 2. You cant get back there after the 1 time only trip.
