Top racing team?

There have been quite a lot of teams over the years, involved in some amazing races, none of which would have been possible without said teams in the background. They design, build, tune, tweak, and maintain the vehicles that let the races happen.

So I'm curious about which racing team you think is the best, or at least which one is your favorite?
