Geez or Jeez?

I realized just now that I use the two interchangeably. I think it's pretty even, but I might lean towards "jeez" more as it's short for "Jesus Christ".

If I stopped to think about it when I spelt it I'd write jeez since it's short for Jesus but usually I just use either.

Me and this dolly with a classy chassis were playing backseat bingo in my machine and she told me she spelled it "geez." I told her to cut the gas but she wouldn't so I told her to beat it and she left with her heels on fire. What a fake out.
