Tseng is an interesting case as of course he disappears after Disk 1 and for a long time we all thought he was dead. But the relationship he had with Aerith was kind of interesting because while itcould come off as just creepy one-sided stalking on his part, Aerith seems to like him in return. Probably not romantically but it isn't like she hates him or whatever. It was just kind of enigmatic and I liked that.
Of course Reno is probably going to be most peoples' favorites. He was always my favorite growing up.
