Hello everyone, I haven't been in a forum for quite some time so I thought i'd join one about my favorite series. You can call me Dealeus or Deal, either is fine. Nice to meet you guys. :)

Kwehlcome to the community! I hope you enjoy it. Couple things to remember: The dirty dishes go on the left, you have to win the Wi-Fi password from the current owner through victory in mortal combat, and the Chocobos bite. I trained them that way.

Haha, nice to see everyone is so friendly, as to the question of my favorite FF, it's definitely VIII, it's the first one I played like 15 years ago and i've never lost my love for it. :D

Oh, I forgot the 4th rule: VIII never existed. Though, if they HAD made a FFVIII, I'm pretty sure it would have been bad. :colbert:

Hello and welcome!

FFVIII gets some undeserved stick on here so don't pay attention to Choco Boy or Neocracker (when he makes an appearance). FVIII is a great game!

Hey all. New here as well. My fav FF is def VII - first I played and the story compared to any other game ever blew me away when I was around 15. The emotional investment in the characters was like nothing before.

I did play VIII after and loved it. I didn't enjoy the battle system half as much however. I have recently discovered that apparently it's best to NOT try and fight to much and level up to enjoy the game and in particular the story. Maybe this is where I went wrong - treating the junction system more like the materia system.

Thoughts?

Sorry i'm just getting back to you Shauna! But yes, I love many games, I'm a fan of many RPGs and I'm a freak for horror games too. :D
