Nachos, always nachos. A couple of years back me and a friend had a blog where we rated nachos from various eateries in the area. The blog was a bit of fun, no one read it, but we took our nacho tasting very seriously!

A couple of my friends considered doing something similar with chips and cheese from various chippies around Glasgow. They did not do so in the end, but oh well.

Anyway, any kind of crisps are okay with me. Allow me to inhale a share bag by myself in the space of an hour.

Your colon must love you.

For me, it's chips. I do love everything up there, but chips are the best.

Cheese and crackers always hit the spot! Also those little tiny Italian toasts.

Tara can attest to my horrible chip eating ways. I actually stopped eating them for a few weeks because I was worried about the amount of salt I was consuming.

I will say that from that list my favourite tasting snack is a really nice cheese with some crackers though. Nothing beats a bit of d'affinois or triple cream brie. I just don't get to eat that as much as I do chips.

Houmous is life. If it weren't so full of fat, I'd eat it everyday.

Cheeeeeeeeesssssssssssseeeeeeeeee.

How is hummus full of fat? There's like maybe a tablespoon or two of olive oil in a litre worth of hummus. The rest is lemon juice, herbs, garlic and salt. Oh and tahini which is essentially sesame seed purée. Not a lot of fat in it. Unless the premade is filled with fat. Homemade ain't that bad at all. I make it all the time at work.

Roasted red pepper hummus > every other kind.

I really should make some homemade hummus one day. Damn it, now I have to do it.

I'm a huge fan of cheese, especially with crackers and wine. I like stronger cheeses generally.

Hummus and pretzels are great too.
