I was just randomly looking up the Chocobo series of games one day on the internet and saw Chocobo Racing's name. I never played the game, but I can imagine how fun it could be or how better a kart racer featuring the Final Fantasy aesthetic could be now with improved technology.
You could have various FF protagonists, villains, monsters, and summons racing each other on chocobos and mini airships on tracks from various FF locations and the series iconic music. I would integrate limit breaks in this as well, but they would require a different achievement to get vs the power-ups on the field.
My roster would be:
Warrior of Light
Black Mage
White Mage
Red Mage
Garland
Cecil (Dark Knight)
Cecil (Paladin)
