On things like YouTube, I can hear the video just fine, but I can't see anything but green. Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this? I am using Windows 8.1 if that makes a difference.

Is your display driver up to date?

Internet Explorer 11.

Is your display driver up to date? How would I check this?

I would try updating Flash.

I would stop using flash at all :p

If they can't do videos without using a flash player, i just don't care anymore

Right click the video and select "Enable Hardware Acceleration". Just toggle it off if it's on, or turn it on if it's off. Then reload the window and see if that helps.

Right click the video and select "Enable Hardware Acceleration". Just toggle it off if it's on, or turn it on if it's off. Then reload the window and see if that helps. I tried that, and it sort of worked; I could see the video, but it kept pixelating, and going out of synch. Thanks though. :)

The good news is, I have a new computer now, and I can see YouTube videos now. If I have the problem again, I will try updating Flash like Spuuky suggested.
