I could never do this because I am lame and out of shape.

I have a long reach, and I'm some what flexible. I can do it with ease.

I have never been able to do this in my life.
Yes, very easily. I can bend over and put my hands flat on the ground without bending my knees.

I could NEVER do this. And I've tried many times throughout the years. I'm just inflexible, I suppose.

Insanity workouts have kept me very flexible as I've gotten older. I can do this with ease.

Yup, I can also touch my wrist to my toes and make my forehead touch the ground from an upright position. Yay for flexibility! I did TKD for a long time, so that's probably why.
Yes I can, I actually can touch the floor with both palms facing down.

Yes, but i was even crazier at my peak. I could put both my feet behind my head at once and all. Kinda can't do that anymore without hurting myself, and put my forehead to the floor from a sitting position without bending my knees.
Flexibility was about the only physical trait i excelled at.
I've gotten more fit and bigger lately, since I've been doing some serious power workouts.
But I have never been very bendy.
So now I'm basically this.
