So I'm quite partial to a chocolate biscuit sandwich (don't knock it til you've tried it). When I was little, I had a friend that ate cheese, marmite and Monster Munch crisp sandwich- URGH!!

So, do you have any strange food habits?!

Ranch on pizza sometimes xD

When I was little, mayonnaise sandwiches were a thing with a friend and I. Yep. Mayo sammich. Just mayo and nothing else.

Mustard on leftover or frozen pizza.

Mustard on french fries.

Nothing really odd off the top of my head. This is perhaps unusual, though: Sometimes I like to cook individual parts of a meal and eat them, one at a time. So cook some mashed potato, eat it. Cook some chicken, eat it. Cook some peas and carrots, eat it. Make a small salad, eat it. Sort of like snacking away at my meals without the problem of hot food going cold.

On occasion, peanut butter and dill pickle spears.

I'm sure I've mentioned dipping my french fries in my Frosty at Wendy's before.

Ugh, Mr. Carny did this thing once where he, very casually, dunked this digestive biscuit he was eating into his cola, and ate it. I don't even know how that would combine.

Haha! i weirdly like the sound of that! As long as it was a chocolate one...

Bubba thinks it's weird that I like crisps and chocolate together. I used to break up pieces of chocolate and put them in a packet of salt and vinegar crisps. Oh my word that stuff was immense. Who am I kidding, I still do it and would do it right now if I had the provisions. It's the mix of sweet and savoury making sweet music together. Mmm...

I can actually see savory chocolate working. The salt from the crisps mingle with the chocolate... I can see that. Kinda. I suppose looking back, the idea of cola chocolate is a thing.

I put either egg mayo or satay sauce on almost everything I eat. If I eat chocolate I must immediately drink water afterwards and nothing else! I also hate all seafood, all of it ^^

So ... I know moat people in this thread have probably never even had biscuits and gravy, but for those of you that have, have you ever put jelly in your gravy? I do that. It's amazing.

I've done that before. It's okay. I also use yellow mustard on my biscuits sometimes (a la Slingblade). It's one of the only times I use yellow mustard, and I used it in biscuits and gravy sometimes too.

Do you put jelly in your grits sometimes?

... what? Gravy on biscuits? I'm northern and I don't even have gravy on my CHIPS let alone biscuits. I can't even imagine how this could be pleasant?

What type of biscuit? ginger nut? digestive?

No, but I might like that since I like sweet and savory together. Maybe. I also really love grits though and think they are kind of perfect.

I am so glad you have had jelly with biscuits and gravy because up until about two months ago I honestly thought everyone did that but all my friends think I'm nuts.

Now I'm nuts in good company.

Bubba

I was confused for ages with the whole biscuits and gravy thing.

In the US: Biscuits = scone-like things
In the UK: Biscuits = what Americans refer to as cookies

I'm not a huge fan of shrimp (at all), but I like shrimp and cheese grits. Grits make everything better. Grits and andouille is also pretty amazing.
