Which FF villain do you feel is the most evil? What do you feel is the most evil thing any villain has done in the series?

Leblanc is totally the most evil villain in the FF universe. I mean, assuming Yuna's identity in order to do a concert and rake in the gil, when Yuna wasn't even interested in doing concerts. So, so evil.

Unfortunately I don't think this is a contest, Kefka wins hands down. The reason is that he was just making people suffer for the sake of making people suffer. For everyone else it was a means to an end, for Kefka it was the end.

Part of me also wants to give this to Dycedarg Beoulve as well. Easily the most manipulative bastard in FFTactics. Killed his father, best friend, and brother; started the War of the Lions to get more power; and is largely the biggest manipulator in the story beyond Formav and Delita.

I think Folmarv is actually way worse. Though how much of that is Folmarv and how much is Hashmal is debatable. We might as well have never met the actual Folmarv, but if we have, we saw him brutally murder his own son. I think that's hard to top.

Personally I would say the "Stay Away From the Summoner" lady. She is so cruel to Tidus and denies his opportunity to flirt with Yuna awkwardly with weirdly-directed voice acting for her own self-righteous gain.

[Sephiroth]

X-Death. He was just a guy being evil for the sake of being evil and nothing else so the cycle of the battle elements against nothingness was retold. Even less of a character than Kefka.

Oh, Exdeath has plenty character. He's a joy to watch :D
