Favorite Final Dungeon in the series

So off all the FF games, which was your favorite?

The Pharos. So damn memorable. Beating it actually felt like an accomplishment, which really is a first for FF, IMO.

Memoria. The music is gorgeous, the visuals are jaw-dropping, and it actually tells the story of the game as you get deeper. Plus the enemies and bosses are fun, plus you got the card game ghosts and Hades that add an element of surprise.

Ultimecia's Castle, definitely.

Part of me wants to say Kefka's Tower or Ultimecia's Time Castle because they were unique from a gameplay standpoint but the Lunar Core is the dungeon that still gives me goosebumps when I got through it and it was visually impressive for its time.

The Lunar Core is probably my favorite, though I really like FF3's final dungeon as well.

I think that's Kefka's Tower, but I absolutely loved the Final Day in Lightning Returns too.
