What are some video games that have outfit changes?

There are the obvious ones like FFIII, V, X-2, which all change outfits with job classes. Bravely Default

The Tales series usually has this, although some of them make you wait a really long time.

What are some other games?

Do you count games where whatever you use as armor changes your visual appearance?

Sure!

Like Xenoblade does that

Xenoblade X does too. That game also has fashion gear that takes priority over what you are actually using as combat gear.

In that case, fallout 3, new vegas and 4 counts as well and The three most recent elder scrolls games (at least). There's also FF11, FF13-2, FF13-3 and FF14.

edit: star ocean 3, maybe 4 too, i don't remember.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. All Soul Calibur games. All Dead or Alive games. Most Virtua Fighter games.

Well, most fighting games will have a second or third outfit you can choose from. And I know a couple of the Resident Evil games allows you unlock different outfits to use when replaying the games.

Oh I was wondering if XIII-2 had outfit changes. Might be a bit more incentive for me to buy it

Most of them are paid DLC. Some are a one-time code for the first buyer of the game. Sharing the fun isn't part of today's videogame market.

The hero gets one as well though you have to do the EX Dungeon to get it.

I think the 3DS remake adds more outfits for other party members.

The 3DS Remake for VII actually changes your characters appearance as well now. The original didn't.

Borderlands 2 has plenty of outfits, which are quite fun. Me and Mr. Carny try to colour-coordinate our characters together!

Why there's no SoulCalibur?!
You have the Create A Soul Mode there since SCIII! It's very complex and gives you many options! :D
I created many badass characters in SCIII and it was the first version of CAS in this game! :O
