Super Mario Kart.

It always seems to lose out to Mario Kart 64 in polls but THE ORIGINAL IS THE BEST.

Mario 64 is still the best 3D Mario by far.

MGS is the best in its series too honestly. 3 came close, but it also marked the point where they started to go too far in adding silly little things that made the controls overly complicated but without adding a whole lot overall. CQC never worked better than it did in that game, but it was still a bit too sloppy with too high a learning curve to use it well.
