Depends on the context--if we're comparing candy, butterscotch all the way (I'm mildly allergic to cinnamon oil, and I'm not all that fond of cinnamon-flavored candy anyway), but nobody ever puts butterscotch on their bread! ...At least I hope not. :X So for me, they come out even, overall.

Not sure if I'd try a cinnamon-butterscotch pie. Actually, I probably would, just out of curiosity, and then I'd either regret it immensely or be the only one who liked it. :P
