The correct answer is the Death Star, which features in several video games. You can't use it or anything (apart from in this strategy game I dimly remember), but that doesn't stop it from being a deadly weapon.

It would easily beat the Cerebral Bore. So there. :p

As soon as I saw the thread title my answer was any and every weapon in Turok and Turok 2. I stand by that answer.

While Cerebral Bore are from Glasgow, I'm going to have to put money on the Death Star. Cerebral Bore doesn't have access to planet-crushing lasers, which is a character flaw.
