We've had super hot weather here these past few days so perfect thread.

Nothing beats plain (filtered) water. Other drinks I love:

- this (http://nutritionalharmony.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Pureharvest-Coco-Quench1.jpg) godly coconut milk
- Chopped frozen fruit with water/ice into a blender n made into various juices/crushes (watermelon, oranges, lime n water has been my main option lately)
- Smoothies eg Frozen bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries maple syrup or coconut sugar n coconut milk is my usual go-to.
