I remember streaming this game and I sat at that boss for about 2 hours trying to steal it.

I was so mad when I found out the chance it actually had to drop.

You were lucky Bubba. I managed to get it myself one time. I think it took 30 min. I won't do it again because it's not worth taking the time to try and get it early when I could just buy it later.

Yes the first few times I stole it, it took maybe 10-15 minutes, which isn't awful. So I assumed it was a bit difficult but other things had taken that long so I didn't think much of it.

LATELY THOUGH I will spend an hour trying and give up. Ugh

It took me 20 minutes to get it once and I was miffed about it. I didn't know the steal rate was so low so I now realize I was fortunate instead of less so.

Grade A Dev trolling right there.
