Got to love hacks of FFVI. Yeah nothing in the game actually has a defense against the ability Posses but then again only the temp character Ghost has the move.

You know, with how the development of the speedrun is changing due to glitches, I wonder if it will eventually be possible to bring the ghost to Kefka. I've heard there are some silly shenanigans to get into the WoR early, and they might find a way to prevent the ghost character data from being overwritten. It'd be rough keeping the character alive until Kefka, since that character is so far beyond squish it's silly, but it might save time if they manage it, depending on who's data overwrites the ghost.
