The Normandy. I could travel around and visit places all over the galaxy! I've dreamed about living on a boat in the Mediterranean once or twice, it would basically be like that. Only in space.

The Citadel if it wasn't always being invaded. Maybe Thessia? The Asari seem to have it pretty good.

Shepard's borrowed apartment in the ME3 DLC is stylish! Honestly, without the invasions, the Citadel sounds good to me.

Honestly, living in any of the major populated worlds post-ME3 sounds pretty idyllic.

He's thinking of the synthesis ending, which does seem to end up being pretty damn utopian. First few years would be a bit rough, of course.
