I like them and like to add them for color in meals. I pick which ones depending on the color of the meal! I never use green as I like adding Jalapeños as well.

I use use them that way too. Great presentation of a meal is just as important as taste I think. Even if I just cooked for myself I want it to look good!

They put colour into meals, but I can't have too many of them, they start tasting funny after awhile.

Capsicum (bell pepper) is one of my favourite veges. It's just so diverse: cooked or raw, in salads, pastas or stir-fried, or even stuffed and baked. They can get expensive in my part of the world, but that's just an extra incentive to shop around or check out the farmers' market.

Stuffed bell peppers with tomato, basil, garlic, and beef is one of my favorite easy dishes to make. Bell peppers and beef. (https://youtu.be/qD5jKC3XVJY) It also goes well stuffing them with crab meat.
