Unable to upload JPG files.

As you see, I was unable to upload "Such Rebel.jpg" file due to this bug.
This screenshot is also the JPG file, but it was uploaded properly.
I'm using Chrome and Windows 7 (64 Bit Version) is my OS.
Thank you (in advance) for any help! ^^

The first picture says it's a png file not a jpg. This is going to sound crazy but try changing the file name to .png.

I think it was a minor bug because every other JPG file is uploaded properly.
