Favorite "old guy" party member

We all know characters above 30 are considered fossils in JRPGs, so we always have that grizzled veteran that is just so experienced in the party dispensing wisdom left and right (despite being like 5 years older than the protagonist). Which one did you like the best?

Even though he's infuriatingly slow, I voted FF4 Cid.

Of the list Cyan, if you had replaced Cyan with the true old guy of FFVI (Strago) then I would go with Cid Highwind, if you replaced Cid with the true old guy of FFVII (RedXIII) then Steiner from FFIX if you had included him, but if Steiner is replaced with Quina since he/she is older but doesn't fully qualify as a "guy", then RedXIII and if we're not counting RedXIII since he's 17 in dog years or whatever then Galuf.

While Cyan isn't technically the "old guy" of FFVI, and though there are more charismatic entires on this list than him, I voted for him anyway since he was an option. His side-plot is just too good and so heartbreaking. Also, the banter between him, Gau, and Sabin is just amazing.
